Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 182g (175g objective).

Lesson Learned - When you give away that work thats not what you should really be doing and they know they are now 100% responsible for it, let it be. I did that with a high level part of my job to a recent college graduate, and not only did he finish it early, but he also worked with someone to figure out how to automate it. Man I should have done that 2 years ago!

📖 Reading - “Who Not How” - Find Who’s for all Aspects of your Life. In this chapter there are various stories on how people trained themselves to go from thinking “How” to “Who” with great success and time bought back. ***This book is in the same vein as “Buy Back Your Time”, just with different context. It's the common theme now in my 3rd book of reading so far.
