Ate Clean. Overall Macros Good. Protein - approx. 193g (175g objective).
✅ Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline ⚔️
Lesson Learned - I already knew this, but good to reinforce. I am soo tired, and I allowed myself to sit down on the couch “for a minute”, and I ended up falling asleep for an hour and a half. I should have kept my discipline and worked out first, and on time, and just went to bed earlier.
2 min cold plunge - no out of town early and all day, cold shower
📖 Reading - “Who Not How” - Who’s create Abundance and Self-Expression. Main take aways here. We all have 24 hours in a day, until you have true Who’s then suddenly your goals and visions have more hours in a given day. It also helps you grow yourself and spend more time in your constantly growing unique ability.

✅ 👊🏼 Win - In my A360 Performance Evaluation from my partners and employees, I had a lot of wins, but the best one was in the Area of Improvement. This part of my review, comments were made about my presence in the office, giving quality time, and having soo much work on my plate that others miss out on my expertise and collaboration, etc. As the Practice Leader for Design, Regional Business Developer, and Partner in Charge for hundreds of millions of dollars of work, they are very right. My 20% / Unique Ability is in Design, Innovation, Futuristic Thinking, Strategy, and Marketing. When all put together its got me in front of Apple, and other large companies. When I can do things my way, not the corporate way, I am able to greatly expand not just myself and those I train and mentor, but the whole organization, our clients and communities. So the BIG WIN here, is now I have data from the very people that I need to excuse all of my corporate given roles and tasks to free me up to do what im best at, grow us all, and be present as desired.
✅ 💪🏼 💯 Win 2 - Im very proud of this one. I also know scales can be off a little, but I'll take this. It's been (2) weeks since I've stepped on my smart scale. I could not believe it. My muscle mass when we started 38 days ago was 138#, today it was 156#. Over the last 38 days my lean mass has increased 5.5% and my Fat mass has decreased 5.8%, weight is up from 198# to 203#. I don't feel like I see it, but I do feel like I feel it.
✅ 🛌 🔥 Struggle - Energy. I have not been able to recover from the past 2 weeks of travel adequately, and this week is the same. I am greatly looking forward to October because all of this build up of FY stuff, Bonus Discussions, End of Year Reports, Multiple Interviews (another one in the morning), etc. will all be done and my schedule will go back to some kind of normalcy. So for now, I must be more disciplined that I have been so far this whole 38 days to ensure I remain on track, healthy, happy, and present with my family. The good part of this, is its continuing to transform my mind about my lifestyle and how I want to make changes ive never seen or thought possible in the past.
