✅ Reading 📖 - “Who Not How” - Introduction. Continued the introduction where Ben talks about how he and Tucker ran with writing the books without Dan’s direct input. They, and Dan, thought it would be better that way. They all reciprocally served as each others who’s.

Audit Home / Workspace - Yes! 5 minutes on part of the lab that has not moved in a while.
✅ Win - All of the bonus discussions I had with employees today were met with great joy, excitement, clapping hands, and gratefulness. Some really needed a bonus, some were proud of their “above and beyond” work they did this year, and some thanked me for my mentorship and leadership with them. It's great to be able to share this way with the Who’s who do great work. 😁
✅ Struggle - I felt sick and way off this morning when I got up early. But that doesnt matter, I went ahead and put my shoes on, did my 45 min walk anyway and lo and behold I felt well by the time the walk was done. I felt really tired in this afternoons workout, but I did it too. Dont negotiate, just keep moving. ⚔️
