10k steps with my girlfriend and daughter. Food clean and water high. Realized a Major step up in prepping food in advance : no food is falling off plan. Went to gym with someone only twice this week.

Learned to try to think two moves in advance on every aspect of daily, professional, fitness and relational life. Cold shower and morning walks, always.

Feel energized to give it a go tomorrow on different tasks I have to do to promote/ optimize my business. Have a clearer vision of what to do short and mid term. Wanted to record a little clip to introduce you my business but lacked a bit pf time due to traveling out of town. Will try to bring it together before the end of this challenge.

That was a nice week end with a lot of no devices moments with people a really like and care about. Deep talks with Chloe about how to adjust as a couple to the changes I try to implement in my life, and how I would like her to lean on me a little more for support in every aspects of her life.
