Nice workout but messed up on water and food (scooped PB and jelly before going to bed 🙄). Made me want to skip the check in but here I am, ready to be better tomorrow. Thinking about it, probably ate too much because I had not enough water or too much caffeine today.

Had deep talk with Chloe about how to adjust my routine accordingly to the new sleep structure of our daughter (btw, BIG WIN today : first time our baby sleeps 10 hours straight, and first time in 6-7 months my girlfriend can sleep 8 hours straight. I was so happy for her this morning). Lesson of the day : make drinking water a priority in your life. Also, did journaling this morning.

Thought about the structure of the piece I would like to show this group about my expertise. Otherwise, must say I am a bit concerned by the slow pace with which I enroll new clients in psychotherapy. Any tips on how to use MeTA adds (or any other marketing tip) would be appreciated.

Same things are on my to do list as previous days. Probably wont have the time to do them because we will be out of town, but will try Sunday.
