Understanding the changes, signs, and symptoms is powerful ~ and necessary ❣️ For women 40+, it's not just something to think about "someday" ~ it's a risk you need to understand now, while you have the chance to protect yourself with awareness and intentional actions. I'll be honest here ~ this became too real for me the day I had my own wake up call. I was sent for a routine EKG before a minor procedure ~ the results were extremely shocking. The EKG revealed I had evidence of a prior mild heart attack (which I never knew about!) and extreme cardiac arrhythmias...just to keep it simple.
