Installed a CCTV in front of the house.
Ran 3k last Wednesday. I'm glad I stopped at 3k because I haven't run in 2 months, and both my legs are very sore. I did a few VMO squats, tib raises, and calf raises to increase blood flow and speed up recovery.
Everything is prepared for our weekend beach vacation tomorrow.
