Hola! Life has been busy but still locked in!!! First outdoor workout of the year and here I leave you three fun (my absolute favorite) pickleball wall drills:
- Hands Coordination.
- Dink, drive and reset.
- Dink twice, drive, counter and reset.
I hope you enjoy them!
The wall helped me a lot at the beginning when I was learning to play...It taught me how to really feel the ball and give it time: not rushing through the shot, control > movement, the ball is always coming back and be ready for the next shot.
And of course: finish strong with a nice workout!
