I almost forgot… today was a good day! Good food choices! Weights and cardio in the morning, drilling in the afternoon. Focusing on cross court backhand sinks, then drops from both sides. How’d everyone else do?

I have my eyes set on the 13th now. Excited about the first check in. Had a good day with food choices and i'm about to get a good workout in. Staying strong and getting fit! Who else is going to be ready for the 13th with me?

That's my weak spot too. I can do really good at not buying sweets but if they find their way into the house I have a hard time stopping myself. I'm doing better than usual though just being apart of the reset!

Want to make sure you guys get at least a full week in before we begin the check-ins. Hope you had a good first couple of days and a happy Easter for those who celebrate. Day 6
So this was my toughest day yet. Still not the worst I could have done. But I’m ready to lock in for the rest of the week. Just one of those hectic days where I felt like I was just making damage control choices. My resolve is still strong in the reset!

Day 5
Going strong. Limited availability for workouts this weekend so I had to make sure the diet was super dialed in and kept up with recovery efforts. Hope everyone else is staying strong too!!!!
