Little Steps
@Omar Omana I didn’t buy a rooster yet but I did set my alarm 30 minutes early and was able to get most of the workout done. Thank you @Connor Derrickson for the great plan and helpful videos!

@Connor Derrickson More so time and overall fatigue that I am working with my doctor on. I am coming to the conclusion that I need to set my alarm earlier and get it knocked out before work, but I am worried that will make me crash at the end of the day super early.
Yesterday Was A Good Day!
Hi all, Yesterday was good day! I stuck to my plan even amongst birthday temptations. I almost cave and convince myself that ordering lunch out instead of eating my prepared meal was ok. Just because it was my birthday. I held strong, ate my lunch and drank my water. I had my women's league last night and they all made it specail with treats and gifts. My Mom also made my favorite lemon cake. I did have 1/2 of a piece and logged it in My Fitness Pal. See the photos of the lovely spread they thre together on the courts! I had a goal to get 19,680 steps yesterday since I was born in 1968. I did it! 19,999 steps for the day. Burned 3,481 calories as well. I also won 6 ouot of 7 games. Here's to another great year! How did you do yesterday? Ready for the check in on the 13th? Anyone struggleing?

Great question! Someone mentioned recently to make sure you have proper fitting shoes. I bought these disc (https://www.vorticedisc.com/) last year and the have helped relieve the pain with everything I have tried them on myself and others I know. I haven't used them for plantar fasciitis, but I asked their chat and this is there answer. "Yes — the Vortice Disc can help relieve and reduce inflammation related to plantar fasciitis by placing a disc where the heel or arch feels most sore, using a 38mm disc at night or a 16mm disc taped inside a shoe or sock for daytime use, and avoiding direct weight on the disc to prevent breakage. 😊 We recommend pairing disc use with stretching, strengthening, and load management for best long-term results, and consulting the Placement Guide on our site for detailed instructions."
