Change needs to happen!!
I’m not doing this just to lose weight… I’m doing it because my kids are watching me. I’ve got five of them, and they deserve a dad who has energy, discipline, and shows up fully not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too. I don’t want to be the dad who’s always tired, always “starting tomorrow,” or sitting on the sidelines. This is bigger than a competition for me. It’s about becoming the example they grow up remembering the one who didn’t quit, who took care of himself, and who showed them what consistency really looks like. I’m doing this for them… but also because I know I’m capable of more than I’ve been giving.
