I will adjust my exercises since my left hip flexor really started bugging me today. This is part of it, gotta be mindful of my limits and adjust! VAMOS🔥

6 exercises: 20 push-ups, 15 jump squats, 45 sec plank, 12 lunges (each leg), 15 leg raises and 10 burpees... performed back to back in a continuous circuit, repeated 4 times!!!

This week wasn’t the best in terms of my diet, had to finish my left over birthday lasanga, but I made up with my playing time and my workouts. Had a good week of pickleball. My play has gotten really good. Trying to learn how to use this camera I got for my birthday to record my drilling and games. Not sure if I’ll post on YouTube, but definitely will post on my instagram.

@Omar Omana I didn’t buy a rooster yet but I did set my alarm 30 minutes early and was able to get most of the workout done. Thank you @Connor Derrickson for the great plan and helpful videos!
