You can think confident thoughts all day — but if your nervous system still feels frozen or unsafe, those thoughts won't land. Confidence isn't just an idea. It's a felt sense in the body. Through breath, posture, voice, movement and physical anchoring, you can teach your body what it feels like to be calm, grounded and powerful.
