Self-doubt is not something you were born with.
It was learned. And if you can learn it — you can unlearn it.
So often that inner voice saying "you're not good enough," "who do you think you are," "don't even try" — it doesn't actually belong to us. It was handed to us by someone who was struggling themselves. A parent. A teacher. A partner. Society.
Today we start tracing those voices back to where they came from — so we can stop carrying what was never ours to hold.
