You don't live your life based on facts.
You live it based on the story you believe about yourself.
"I'm too emotional." "I always mess things up." "I'm not as good as them."
These aren't truths. They're old scripts — written by fear, upbringing, past pain, or other people's opinions. And today, we start rewriting them.
Today's meditation will help you get underneath the noise and begin to hear your own voice more clearly.

"The old story I'm releasing is ____. My new truth is ____."
Example: "I'm not consistent" → "I follow through when I'm aligned and supported."
