With summer on its way, diets and fitness trends are going to be at an all time high.
The problem is that a lot of these trends and quick “fixes” don’t always work or build habits that stick with you for the rest of your life. And at the end of it all, the trend dies out and people are left unfulfilled the rest of the year waiting for summer to come around so they can try again.
There are the exceptions to this of course but I cannot stress enough how important it is that you look at the bigger picture.
