For so long I have been trying to be an independent mum trying to figure stuff out on my own knowing that one day I will conquer what I have said I would do. That vision still exists and today Sam has installed the fire In helping what way I need to go. I live in such a vibrant and sought after part of the UK being in south London and yes it is hard, nothing is easy and that is why after 12 months I still have not made any progress. Question which may help others as its not something ive came across before. Property - 2bed turnkey house is immaculate, high end spec, (nice walls, skirting, doors, blinds, kitchen,bathroom all that shazam) Asking price - 99k Houses in the street are not done up to the level, the ones in need of a refurb are around 45-60k. Hard to know what the ceiling is/GDV/ how much to offer to make it stack due to the property been exceptional to the rest😂 Thanks in advance!
