My Weekly wins
My wins for this week are
1) we finally have a completion date for a land deal where we have taken the land through planning and now have a Developer, who is buying the site giving a six figure profit
2) had a meeting this week with a high net worth individual who potentially is either looking to joint venture and set up an SPV to buy Properties with myself or will loan me funds to do my own projects
3) actually spent the week trying to organizing my diary and my working times a bit better as felt a little bit all over the place at times so use some of the time management techniques to organize myself better
