Ideas on purchase price for a development
Hi guys,
Could use your help. I have the chance to get a deal for 3 out of 4 houses (maybe all 4) on a development land. Just wanted to see what you guys will offer if all was 2 bed 2 bath. Individually the prices are £400k and 2 are £450k.
The developers are selling Individually but will sell all 4 as they want to get rid of the property.
