Help with Rentals
Hi all! Was after some help on comps for a property thats come my way. Its off market opp but I've attached the photos.

Fully renovated.
Seller seems to think you would get £775 but rentals I can see are coming in at £700 and they are not renovated. However theres one thats completely thrown me off at £1000pm (17 Drake Street)
Any help would be apperiated please
