I’ve just spoke with the estate agent that I have been building a relationship with and managed to have a good chat today with the valuer instead!
We got on to talk about the house I viewed couple weeks ago that’s still on the market, it’s the one I sent you! She said she’s pretty confident if could do a good job it will easily can go up for £200k-£210k.. she went and valued one yesterday in the same street for around £220k she said, but couldn’t disclose the actual address on it! Could I go off this now on the GDV or still have to go off the comps I had?
