Tenanted property, paying only £400/ month. Market rent is around £800, possibly increase to 700-750 at present in current condition.
Marketed for £110k, property value in good condition is around £130k I think. It doesn’t need much work at the moment, needs to sort out little bit of damp and some flooring if they need. I was planning to offer around 88k. However it is EPC E, what do you think I could offer?
