I've been sent a property in South Yorks just outside of Barnsley, the town itself looks OK lots of shops on the high St etc.

The property itself is on the High St and is comprised of 2 shops both owner occupied and turnover about £40k pa, after the shops there is accommodation... And lots of it! There are rooms everywhere out the back and also a brick building split into 'workshops', the rear backs onto a small side street and has quite a lot of space for cars and even a garden.

Vendor wants £400k for the lot, it's all on one title and will all be vacant possession when they sell. Where do I even begin to start with this one, there are so many floor plans for different parts of it I can't even visualise what is where without printing them out 😂
