Hi all, I was hoping someone could shed some light on what’s occurring here. My cleats are all the way rearward and all the way inward increasing stance width. But my right knee appears to collapse inward causing hamstring pain. Hope the photos are okay. Thanks in advance!!

Hi ! My question in general is will I be able to ride Or train on Zwift Ride without discomfort and some pain . I have inguinal hernia left and right . Left is worse but not like pain My left knee muniscus is broken , no pain , only some akward feeling first 10 minuts. After 1 hour riding zone 2 stiff pink and ringfinger. And irritation inside femur glutal ( sands saddle ) Left leg feels strong, right leg is baby leg 🤔 And knee unstable during Pedal stroke This is it 🙈 I really like zwifting and I hope to developpe more Please feel free to comment and to ask Here is a video I hope it is oké .

64 yr old road cyclist looking for review of position on bike. Slight back and saddle discomfort after 3+ hour rides on trainer. I also get neck and shoulder pain, but only sometimes?

I am 60 plus in lycra and feel uncomfortable on my bike. I have adjusted saddle height and fore and aft etc but my reach feels awkward. Do I get a shorter stem. Please see video attached
