Today is all about letting go — whether that’s processed foods, old habits, or even negative thoughts that weigh you down. 💛 🌸 Your Day 3 Challenge: ✅ Have at least one meal today with no processed foods — keep it simple, whole, and nourishing.✅ Choose a soup or recipe that’s made with fresh ingredients.✅ Journal: What habit, thought, or food am I ready to release? ✨ Action Step: Take just 10 minutes today for yourself — go for a short walk, sip tea in silence, or stretch gently. 💬 Group Share: Post in the group and tell us: What did you let go of today, and how did it make you feel?
