Morning fam Feeling calm after my sesh this morning. If you are finding it hard to show up for yourself in the space,firstly don’t feel bad and secondly I would highly recommend doing the Metta meditation,if you do anything at all. Honestly there is something so powerful about it. It’s so freeing and the love you feel is amazing. I am grateful for change I am grateful for nature I am grateful for sleep I hope everyone has a beautiful day 🌻💛🐝
