✨ Culmination - With Deep Gratitude ✨
📢 Fast forward to 7:45 (audio issues before this). As we share the recording of our final check-in, Culmination, we pause to honour the journey we’ve just completed together. A journey that met each of us exactly where we were - in life, in breath, in body, in heart. Where we were thinking, feeling, questioning, becoming. 1️⃣👁️In Week 1, we returned to the voice of intuition - our inner guide, our guardian angel, our higher Self. We remembered what happens when we listen. The ease. The flow. The quiet certainty. Life begins to move with us instead of against us. 2️⃣🤍In Week 2, we turned toward identity and self-love. We softened resistance. We allowed resentment and shame to dissolve into compassion and acceptance. We embraced all parts of ourselves - the light, the shadow, the becoming. And in doing so, we experienced liberation. The freedom that comes from no longer fighting who we are. 3️⃣♾️In Week 3, we returned home to Bliss. Not something to chase or achieve, but something ever-present, flowing beneath it all. We remembered that Bliss never left us - these practices simply cleared the path back to truth, power, effervescence, and aliveness. To every member of this tribe - thank you. Thank you for showing up. For sharing your energy, insights, reflections, and lived experience. For imprinting this container with your unique expression of Bliss. Each of us is a spring of Bliss, feeding The Well (of Bliss). Every intentional breath, movement, gratitude, reflection, and action ripples outward. Together, we elevate one another. Together, we grow. 🌱 Integration & Ongoing Practice - Gentle Reminders 🌱 1️⃣ Your personal breath practice Select three breathing techniques: - one energizing - one cleansing or balancing - one tranquilizing Practice for 15-20 minutes each day on your own. Be patient. Be curious. Enquire gently - is this approach supportive for me right now? Trust the process and your timing. 2️⃣ Stay connected through practice Commit to either attending our Wednesday Morning Flow (6:30am) or tapping into the recording and sharing your experience within the community. Presence matters - however you arrive.
