✨Yoga doesn’t begin with the time on the mat. It begins with how you live✨
Most people jump straight to 🧘‍♂️ asana 🌬️ pranayama/ breath 🧠 meditation But Patañjali didn’t. He started with the Yamas- the ethical foundations of the yogic path. Because without a stable foundation… higher practices don’t liberate, they amplify. They amplify stress. They amplify ego. They amplify what hasn’t yet been integrated. 🌱 The Yamas are not rules. They are natural laws of harmony. • Ahimsa - are you being kind on all levels? • Satya - are you living your truth or managing it? • Asteya - where is your energy leaking? • Aparigraha - what are you holding onto that’s holding you? • Brahmacharya - what’s draining your life force? Read that again… slowly. 🕊️ Patañjali called the Yamas mahāvratam Great vows. Universal. Timeless. Non-negotiable. Not to restrict you, but to make you trustworthy enough for truth. This Sunday inside The Well (of Bliss) we’re gathering for a live Satsang on the Yamas. Not as theory. But as lived practice. ✨ How to embody them in modern life ✨ How they stabilise your nervous system ✨ How they prepare you for deeper breath, meditation & stillness Which of the Yamas feels like the area where the most growth is available for you in 2026? 👇 COMMENT BELOW share your reflection and join the Satsang this Sunday with us. Come as you are. Leave more aligned. Live yoga—don’t just practice it. 🌿 #yamas #yoga #patanjali #satsang #Bliss

🌿 Satsang Preview: Returning to the Roots — The Yamas 🌿
This Sunday we gather to explore the Yamas, the very foundation of the yogic path as outlined in Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras. 📖Patañjali presents the Eightfold Path (Aṣṭāṅga Yoga) as a progressive journey toward liberation (samādhi): 1. Yama – ethical restraints 2. Niyama – personal observances 3. Āsana – posture 4. Prāṇāyāma – regulation of breath 5. Pratyāhāra – withdrawal of the senses 6. Dhāraṇā – concentration 7. Dhyāna – meditation 8. Samādhi – absorption / enlightenment The path does not begin with posture or breath - it begins with how we relate to life itself. What are the Yamas? The Yamas are universal ethical principles that govern our relationship with the outer world. They are not moral rules imposed from outside, but natural laws of harmony. When lived, they create the stable ground required for any authentic sādhana (spiritual practice). Without this foundation, higher practices may amplify ego, bypass wounds, or destabilize the nervous system. With it, practice becomes safe, embodied, and liberating. The Five Yamas 1. Ahimsa — Non-Violence Living in a way that causes the least harm to ourselves and others—in thought, word, and action. 2. Satya — Truthfulness Commitment to truth, not just in speech, but in integrity, authenticity, and self-honesty. 3. Asteya — Non-Stealing Refraining from taking what is not freely given—time, energy, attention, or resources. 4. Brahmacharya — Right Use of Energy Wise stewardship of life force; directing energy toward what nourishes clarity and presence rather than excess or compulsion. 5. Aparigraha — Non-Grasping Letting go of accumulation, attachment, and control; trusting in sufficiency and flow. 💌The Invitation Patañjali teaches that the Yamas are mahāvratam—great vows, universal and non-negotiable. They are not steps we outgrow, but principles we deepen as we move toward samādhi. Before we seek transcendence, we must become trustworthy vessels for truth. ✨ Call to Reflection & Connection ✨ Before Sunday, take a moment to reflect:

✨ Call to Reflection & Connection ✨ Before Sunday, take a moment to reflect: Which Yama is currently inviting your attention in daily life—and why? Share an insight, lived experience, or even a challenge in the comments below. Your reflection may be the very mirror or medicine someone else in the sangha needs. 🕊️ Come as you are. Practice as you live. Walk the path together.
🦉Sunday Satsang - a Portal to Wisdom🦉
What if your week didn’t start on Monday… …but was rooted in truth on Sunday? 🌿 We’re so excited to announce Sunday Satsangs - a sacred space to slow down, gather, and remember what really matters. Satsang (सत्संग) means “association with truth” from sat (truth, reality) and sang (company). It’s the practice of coming together in the company of the wise 🕯️to reflect on spiritual teachings, meditate, share wisdom, and reconnect with Self, community, and the Divine. 🤍 🕉️ Starting next week, we begin a beautiful 8-week journey into Patanjali’s 8-Fold Yogic Path — beginning where it all starts: the Yamas. The Yamas aren’t rules… They’re living principles that guide how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the world 🌍 Ahimsa. Satya. Asteya. Brahmacharya. Aparigraha. Each Sunday will be a gentle yet powerful exploration through: ✨ Teaching & inquiry ✨ Reflection & discussion ✨ Presence, connection & truth This is for you if you’re craving: • deeper meaning • conscious community • spiritual grounding • embodied wisdom you can live, not just learn 🌀 Come sit with us. Remember. Return home. 💬 Comment “SAT” if you feel the pull or share which Yama you’re most curious to explore 👇 And if this speaks to you — share it with someone who’d love to walk this path alongside you 🤍

✨️What's coming in 2026?
Hey fam, hope you all have had an amazing break and are charged up with motivation to be the best version of you in 2026. 🏖The holiday period is often both nourishing and challenging. The time together can be wholesome, a great opportunity for quality time with friends, family, loved ones and for down time away from mundane work activities. 😩Yet, it can also be the source of stress as we are outside of our regular routines which throws out our inner rhythm. 💭Sometimes we're forced to confront issues we may have been plastering over with the distractions of day-to-day life. 💪Yet the flurry of motivation that comes with a new year - resolve, resolutions and time to plan and execute on our visions is usually enough to give us the drive to stay on track... However, it's often after this period comes to an end that the motivation wears thin. ⛓️We're back in routine. Everyday life and distractions begin to pull us away from the vision we've meticulously planned. 🚃So, this is where most people fall off the wagon. After the swell of motivation runs out. 🌾Now, this is why it's important to plan ahead for the end of this incoming phase. That's what we'll be ready for... ✅️Now, originally we had talked about launching another 21-Day Challenge in Jan. Upon reflection I've decided to make it: 🗓Sunday 1st Feb ⏰️This timing will help us all STAY on track and maintain the momentum we are blessed with right now when we most need it! (As Feb begins). 🫴Now let's share one word that describes our intent for the year to come. 1️⃣ word that represents how we're intending to show up, or what we're calling in this year! 🪷Feel free to provide and explanation or a message of encouragement to the team too!

My word for the year is: ✨️Curiosity ✨️ I'm curious to see how good the universe will make this year for us. I was blessed with an immersive experience of how impactful having a curious mind is, during a Vipassana retreat last year. Adopting a curious mind allowed me to endure 10hrs of meditation every day, without having to leave the meditation hall a single time over the 10day residential retreat. Now, in the past, the approach in order to achieve a goal like this would have been through force. Determination. Ruthless discipline. This path eventually leads to misery and suffering. Because, at its root its driven by ego - a sense of not being enough. However, a curious mind is a balm for the ego. Its rooted in 'enoughness' and is bathed in Bliss. A curious mind allows us to effortlessly discover our potential, without struggling or straining. A curious mind acts as the witness, and is deeply intune with intuitive and divine messages. A curious mind is at ease. Yet sharp and insightful. A curious mind, is immersed in the present moment - as it is - rather than how the ego mind would like it to be... So, let's Stay Curious. Big love and blessings, Adam 🌬🍃✨️🤍
