We’re in the people business, irregardless of what product or service we actually offer. During a recent session one of my regular clients told me that a family member had an upcoming surgery, I could tell he was nervous about it. He came in this week and I asked him how the surgery went. He was shocked that I remembered, literally couldn’t believe it. To me, it wasn’t a big deal, it was checking in on something important in his life. To him, he felt seen and remembered. He tipped me double and sent me a text message the following day letting me know how much he appreciates having me in his life. At the end of the day people want to feel seen, heard and remembered. We’re in a unique position to be able to do that for them.
Showing up matters!!
I’m not crying. You’re crying!! “Everyone wants a village but no one wants to be a villager” probably one of my new favorite quotes. We want a village. We want community. Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25 at 9:00 AM PST/ 12:00pm EST We will go over a three step follow up process that I’ll make you stand out among your competition, make you unforgettable, and will show every person that comes to the door that you care more than anyone else does. What is that all equal? This equals you standing out in the big sea of mediocrity. There’s a quote in Talladega nights “ if you’re not first your last” Well, if you’re not first in the customers mind when it comes time to think about where to get a massage or who referred somebody to get a massage to, then you might as well be last. And what needs to happen is you need to leave a lasting impression!! That’s what we’re going over tomorrow!
