Yes, with yoga instructors, chiropractors, physical therapists and personal trainers
Congratulations to Wendi
@Wendi Young is killing it. Blew past level 2 and went right to level 3...unlocking the Pricing for Profit Formula Workbook and Video Workshop. Congratulations Wendi! Thank you for showing up in the community and giving insights, encouragement, and engaging.

Congrats Wendi!
Just turned away a client.
Here’s what I wrote. And yes I used chat gpt to help me. But feel free to steal this if the situation applies. This client was extremely deep pressure. My shoulder hurt after working on her. She’s great as a person. But I do not want to work on her again. and that’s okay. Hey [Client Name], I wanted to thank you again for coming in. You were absolutely wonderful to work with. I did want to be honest with you though — the level of pressure you prefer is beyond the type of pressure work I’m personally comfortable providing on a regular basis. I always want to make sure clients receive the best possible care, and I think you’d honestly be happier with a therapist who specializes in very deep pressure-focused work. I hope you know this has nothing to do with you personally at all. I just believe it’s important to stay within what I can confidently and sustainably provide as a therapist. Thank you again for coming in and for being so kind. I genuinely wish you the best and hope you find someone who’s a perfect fit for what you’re looking for.

Great note, thanks for sharing it with us! I agree that not every client is a good fit for us and we have to stay in alignment with what works for us.
Vendor Events
Today I was a vendor at an expo and I offered free chair massage and had one of the participants actually thank me for having something that was complementary. I hadn’t thought about it before but what a bummer to pay $55 to get into an event (that did have free breakout sessions) and then have every vendor asking you to buy something or trying to sell you something. Obviously my intention was to get clients but the energy behind it was different and the attendees felt that.
Team Huddles
Are you doing a team huddle before shifts start? Heck even if you’re a solo therapist, are you doing something for yourself daily to inspire and motivate yourself?

Such a great post! I only have one employee right now, he works two days a week. We currently meet once a week for 30 minutes to do training and answer any questions he has. We have a notebook in the office where he can notate anything different that came up during the day. Then he calls me at the end of each shift to let me know how it went with each client and we review his conversations around rebooking.
