The first phase in your client journey is the discovery phase. Can people find you? How easy are you to discovery and find out about? How many different places can you be found? How can you make it easier for people to find you? How can you make sure to place yourself in front of the people who you serve best? Theres many different touch points they need to be elevated in this phase. Every discovery point is a new touch point that needs to be elevated. • your Google page • your reviews • your website • your social media pages • your lead magnet on website and socials • how you show up when you’re networking • your business cards • Your ads you put out • the social media content you make • chair massage events • interactions you have in public (non traditional networking) Discovery point is a touch point in your client journey that needs to be elevated as much as possible. How can I make sure that the interaction the client has with my business at this touch Point is a great experience that stands out among my peers.

Today we are going over why clients don't rebook. This is the thing that needs to be happening regularly for you to have an actual business. We need people coming back. There are typically things missing in the experience that are silently killing your chances of getting clients back in. Today we will go over the top reasons you're clients arent coming back or the reasons they are just booking sporadically and they aren't consistent.
