Quick question for the community 🙏
We're thinking about creating something new and want your input before we build anything. Beyond the weekly lessons, would a structured program interest you? Something with a clear focus and simple daily practice you could follow at home? Two quick questions: - What's the one physical problem that affects your daily life that you wish Tai Chi could help with? - Would you prefer a short daily routine to follow, or a library of lessons to explore at your own pace? No right answers, we just want to build something that actually helps you ☯️
Lesson 15 - Wave Hands Like Clouds is now live

If you’d like feedback, feel free to send a short video, I’m happy to take a look. 🔒 Available to members as part of the full training series.
