In this lesson we continue the form with Seven Stars and Lotus Kick, developing balance, coordination, and control through two distinctive movements.
The focus is on maintaining stability and connection while moving smoothly between postures. Take your time and work within a comfortable range, paying attention to balance and body alignment throughout.
Regular practice will help these movements become more natural and integrated into the flow of the form.
