Quick question for the community ๐Ÿ™
We're thinking about creating something new and want your input before we build anything. Beyond the weekly lessons, would a structured program interest you? Something with a clear focus and simple daily practice you could follow at home? Two quick questions: - What's the one physical problem that affects your daily life that you wish Tai Chi could help with? - Would you prefer a short daily routine to follow, or a library of lessons to explore at your own pace? For me, itโ€™s probably joint pain and general tiredness/low energy that affects my daily life most and which I hope Tai Chi will help with. I would welcome a series of structured Qi Gong warm-up/cool-down routines, but most of all, as currently, structured lessons which break down a specific Tai Chi form into its component parts, with regular ยดrefinementโ€™ and โ€˜putting it all togetherโ€™ lessons throughout. Filming from different angles would also be very helpful e.g. from behind as well as face on.
