While driving to my petsitting job yesterday I realized I get a lot of my “downloads” while driving. I don’t drive much anymore, never really liked to drive. You know how I’ve been feeling kind of disconnected lately and I don’t really see signs? Yeah, I’ve been compartmented for my own protection. I’m not sure if I did or they did or helped me to. I used to have a lot of emotional problems in school, especially, with other people’s feelings and emotions overwhelming me. I was told it was protecting me. It helped me to become a LVT (licensed veterinary technician) and able to help the animals without getting overwhelmed too. They told me the it’s kind of like Poe’s “The Cask of Amontillado”. I’m walled in, so they have to try extra hard to get through. I need to keep practicing and also taking care of myself to remove bricks. It’s going to be slow going, so I need to have patience.

About 5 months ago, I was sitting in a courtroom in what would be the final battle against my ex husband getting what was my first truly aware psychic information. The day before, I got 5 flowers tattooed on my hip (tulips and daffodils because they are my favorite flowers: because of spring and new life). Fast forward to this week when my squatter Robin laid 5 eggs on my front porch. This April was the 5th year I’ve lived in this house. The longest my kids have lived in one place (former military fam!). That battle 5 months ago, appointed someone to sign on my ex’s behalf to get him off the home loan. This spring is the first year this house is officially just the kids and mine. This week I saw 555, number times this week. Five months ago, I never would have connected all those 5 together or that Robin’s are a sign of new beginnings, fresh starts, and new life. Five is also the number associated with Mercury who happens to be the ruler of my 5th house of Gemini. Where Uranus just jumped into this week. Was a pretty nice nudge this week that guides guide even when we don’t think we hear it.

I’m feeling better. Petsitting 2 black cats (Jack, long hair & Mickey, short hair) feels apropos. 😉 Mickey is a love bug, and Jack finally came out to say hello (I started Friday). What obstacle am I dealing with? I’m getting you have so much learning ahead of you (that’s good) but my fears and worries about if I can do this and finish what I’ve started (ADHD-wise) are mooring me down. I need to start ignoring my fears that don’t make sense and keep going.

I had the honour to listen to Victoria's story in the Oracle cards chat today about her business growth, and achieving an amazing milestone in her Skool community. She mentioned feeling stuck, and not knowing what direction to go in next. That comment reminded me of the importance of taking time to celebrate, which we so rarely give time for in our bustling society. The hustle culture mentality can have us rushing to the next task, project, or milestone without fully celebrating and reflecting on what it took to reach that goal. I like to take time, and encourage my clients to intentionally celebrate all the things that went into making that goal possible. Celebrate the courage it took to say yes, the version of you that showed up, the steps that it took, the people that contributed, and the feeling of that goal being achieved. While you are taking time to fully celebrate, the next big idea will already be on its way, and make its way into your awareness. Congratulations to anyone in this group that has met a goal big or small recently, I am cheering you on, and celebrating your achievements! 🤩

I was scrolling threads and came across a post talking about ways you can connect with your spirit guides. The poster said to ask your spirit guides for an unknown word. I paused the video, grounded myself and asked my spirit guides the question. 24 hours later I heard the word “oh ta”. I thought it was gibberish but looked it up on Google Translate. I was shocked that it came up with the result “Manx”. I’ve never heard of that language before. It turns out to be a rare Celtic language. I still haven’t had enough time to do a deep dive on this.
