Noise within the silence.
I was wrestling sleep the other night and as I laid in silence and started to doze off, I heard a voice tell me to “hear the noise within the silence.” It was a powerful message that has continued to pop into my mind all week, followed by ringing in my ears and I think it is a beautiful message to continue to remind myself of when the silence feels uncomfortable. Thought perhaps someone else may enjoy it too!
