@April K this so much! The more I’m stopping and going oh wait that thing that happened blank time ago was really this or that, or just working through the challenges, I’m feeling the same thing. I just keep coming back to Carey saying that our guides often communicate subtly/quietly.

@Carey Kaas the only thing I knew about her was from the little bit she was in the Percy Jackson books from when I read them with my kids. Been doing a lot of learning about her the past few days and can’t wait to see the connection unfolds. So many aspects of her are so relevant to my life.

This morning (Monday, February 2nd), Day 1 of Connect With Your Spirit Guides drops in the classroom. For 10 days, I'm guiding you through a complete practice in learning to communicate with your spirit guides. Each day, you'll get: ✨ A teaching lesson (written content here in the classroom) ✨ An audio practice (10 minutes of guided meditation/exercise) ✨ Journal prompts to track your progress Here's what I want you to know about this challenge: This isn't about who's "the most psychic" or who has the wildest experiences. This is about showing up, doing the practice, and being willing to learn. Spirit Guide communication is a skill. You're learning to recognize what's already happening and strengthen your natural intuitive channels. ⭐️ What You'll Need: - A journal (nothing fancy, just something to write in) ✍🏼 - 10-15 minutes each day - An open mind and willingness to practice How It Works: Each evening, a new lesson will drop in the classroom. You can listen/practice the next morning (or whenever works for you that day). Then come back to the lesson chat and share your experience – even just a sentence or two about what you noticed. Participation = Sharing Your Experience 💪🏼 Whether the practice felt amazing or frustrating, whether you had a breakthrough or nothing seemed to happen – share it. That's what participation means in this challenge. I'm not looking for the best experiences or the most dramatic results. It’s neat to see how different everyone experiences this. When I asked them to come in it felt like a big warm hug and I could feel the pressure change when I said they could go back to where they were. My primary guide feels like complete calm and white light in body form. She said hi when she walked up. Then further along, I saw a weeping willow in an open field and then sand and ocean waves.

@April K since I was little I’ve always thought they were the neatest tree but I hadn’t actually looked them up until after seeing it. Totally get why they’ve always called to me now
Day 1 of Getting to know your Guides
This was a beautiful practice today. My guides came to me in little starbursts- just tiny little lights. I felt like a blanket was hugging my shoulders.

It’s the first of the Month - What is your Intention? 🌳
Hello Everyone! Happy February ! I thought it would be wonderful to drop in the comments what Intentions we have for the month of February ♒️ For me, Intentions can be something that extend past a 30 day period, but a wonderful practice to implement. My intention for this month, is to create intentional space to meditate and commune with Spirit. This has been made evident to me through my own downloads and insights, and encouraged my Guides ☀️ Happy Sun - day ☀️

To take at least 10 minutes a day to intentionally work on my practice, be it grounding check ins, working on communication with spirit guides, or just energy self care. Starting the year of the fire off slowly and with intention
Spiritual foundations course
I’ve been going through the energy course, and wanted to just say what a difference I’ve noticed after grounding myself. I can actually feel the difference in my energy after I’m done the exercise. I’m pretty empathic so I pick up on everyone’s energy throughout the day, and by evening my nervous system feels like it’s on overload. I will definitely be doing this exercise throughout my day from now on. Has anyone else felt anything like what I’m experiencing? At night it feels like the inside of my stomach shakes, weird I know! The insomnia and the headaches aren’t helping either, but I think some of it is definitely related to grounding my energy.

I’m super new to all this so most of the time I have no idea what I’m doing. Something that helps me throughout the day when I start to feel anxious or overwhelmed, especially if people around me are escalated in some way is just stopping and internally asking if it is mine or someone else’s or something like if it’s not mine return it back to the person. That and just taking a few seconds to make sure I’m calm helps a ton before I interact with people.

@Niti Wade I do that sometimes to! I haven’t tried pushing my energy out in that way though. I’ll have to give it a try
