Few things coming up:
- Coffee Morning this Sunday - at 10:30am for anyone who would like to log on, meet, catch up, chat with coffee/tea. I can onboard anyone new and would be lovely to meet any new faces - very relaxed and casual for those who would like to make. There is also VIP Level Qigong and a meditation slot too on that day.
- Meditation slots up for next week - as usual if anyone would like any other slots during the day please message on the discussion tab under Community (top far left) or message me privately and i'll add them on. For anyone new - you'll find the classes in the Calendar tab.
- As well, if anyone has any questions, or would like any methods or help with their meditation/mindfulness/spirituality/qigong practice or tips on how to start one - then please reach out :)

Article: Meditation is for Everyone:
There is a myth that meditation is for monks, mystics, yogis, or middle class mums in yoga classes.
But meditation is not about being spiritual.
It’s not about believing anything.
It’s not about escaping the world and chanting ancient syllables on Moon days.
Meditation is about being with yourself— and learning to live with your mind in a healthier way.
If you have a brain, nervous system, job, relationships, stress, emotions, or responsibilities…then meditation is for you.
The Universal Human Problem:
Across every wisdom tradition in history—Buddhist, Daoist, Yogic, Zen, Sufi, Christian mysticism, Stoicism—the conclusion is always the same:
A chaotic mind creates a chaotic life.
A clear mind creates a clear life.
When I stayed with a remote Maasai tribe — still living in an ancient, ancestral way with no electricity, no running water, and no Western influence — I asked one of the Elders (through a translator) whether they experienced psychological burdens like anxiety, depression, or constant overthinking.
He looked around at the vast savanna, the wildlife roaming freely, the stillness of nature, and said:
