February - May Daily Meditation Gong – How It Works!
Hey everyone! For those joining the February Meditation Gong, here’s the simple format we’ll all follow to keep things clean, structured, and powerful: 1️⃣ Your Daily Goal Meditate every day in February. - Solo practice - Anytime that suits you - Minimum: 10 minutes (20–30 minutes recommended for a deeper challenge) 2️⃣ How to Log Your Session Post your daily meditation entry in the comments of THIS page only.(Keeping everything here means the timeline stays clean.) 3️⃣ Post Format (Copy This!) Example: 1.2.26 – Day 1 – 10:07–10:31 meditation Please time your meditation and include start + end times. 4️⃣ If You Miss a Day Traditional gong rules = restart from Day 1.But for this February-only gong, we’ll adapt: - If you miss a day, continue when you can. - Your day count will fall behind the date. Example:If it’s 10 Feb but you’ve completed 8 sessions, your post would be: 10.2.26 – Day 8 – 19:00–19:25 meditation 5️⃣ Completion Goal By the end of February, aim to complete: ✔️ 28 total meditation days✔️ Each day: 10+ minutes(20–30 minutes recommended if you want a stronger test of discipline and depth.) 6️⃣ Important Rule No post = missed day. You must post the same day you meditate.I won’t accept late uploads — so build the habit: Meditate → Immediately post your result here. 7️⃣ Most Important… Enjoy the gong. Let it shape your discipline, clarity, energy, and presence throughout February. Let’s go! Any questions then please shout 🙏✨

The One Truth
Morning All, New Article has landed discussing the various traditions and religions that point to Non-duality. To see the full version please go to the "Classroom" on the app and in the "Standard Area" you'll find the full article, this email is also a reminder of the Coffee morning and Q&A today....... For thousands of years, humans have asked the same question: Who am I? Beyond culture, language, and ideology, many spiritual traditions converge on a strikingly similar answer: Our deepest identity is one with an ultimate reality—whether you call it God, Brahman, Dao, Buddha-nature, the Absolute, or pure Consciousness. This recognition is often the heart of what is known as non-duality, meaning ‘there are not two’ — not self and God, subject and object, creator and creation. There is one Being appearing as many. How Many Traditions Point to Non-Duality? A surprising number. While not all religions are explicitly non-dual, many contain non-dual strands—sometimes hidden beneath cultural interpretation or mythic narrative. Major non-dual traditions include: • Hinduism • Buddhism (especially Mahāyāna & Dzogchen) • Daoism • Sufism • Christian Mysticism • Kabbalah • Sikhism • Indigenous and shamanic traditions Even traditions that appear dualistic on the surface often have an inner mystical core that reveals the same unity. Below is a summary of some of the traditions & religions and what is at the heart of their teachings........... (to read the rest of the article go to the classroom/standard/articles....) There is a Q&A and onboarding session today (Saturday 24.1.26) at 10:30am for anyone who is free & interested – grab a coffee, log in and say hi. Have a great weekend!

Hi Everyone, Hope you are having a good Sunday! Some things to mention: I've uploaded some meditation slots for next week - so far one each day except Friday. If you think you might make any of them then please "post which ones you might attend" and i'll add the zoom link to it for you to use. Also for those with access to Premium - the second lesson in Module One is uploaded for you to watch in your own time (about 15mins in length) - the topic leads on from 'You Are the Knower not the Known' and discusses the 'I AM as the Gateway'. If anyone has any meditation slots they would like to offer up during the week then please do so - send me a message or post on here your suggestions. For the Qigong'ers: more articles, courses and classes are ready to stream and download in the VIP section. We will be starting Yang Sheng in due course - circa February. And lastly, there will be a Coffee Morning and Q&A, on this Saturday morning online via zoom, it's on the calendar - and is for anyone to pop online, with cup of tea/coffee, say hi, and ask any questions they like about the platform, the tiers, or meditation/mindfulness. Enjoy your evening - hope you've managed some meditation or Qigong this week! Here to help if struggling to find time or know what to do, and also feel free to share any experiences you've had - past or present :) See you soon and have a good start to the week. Best, Miles

@Miles Kempton I’ll try and join this if I’m right in thinking it’s 9pm tonight..? I normally try to meditate earlier in the day as by evening I end up feeling a bit too tired.. my schedules a bit all over the place so I’d rather jump in where I can rather than call slots on (in case I can’t end up making it). But normally something mid morning would work for me, somewhere between 10am & 12pm Monday, Tuesday.. or actually weekday afternoons might be even better.. I can usually tuck myself away for half hour or so in the afternoon 🤷🏼‍♂️😬
Just watched 1st premium lesson
Hey Miles, I just subscribed to premium and watched your first lesson!! I’ll be honest, I didn’t realise how much I needed that mate 🤣🤣 i sat and listened kinda meditatively letting it all sink in with my eyes closed, and quite quickly some of my previous deeper lessons & ideas bubbled back to the surface.. obviously very early days, but I felt it was a real remembering of an experience and just that 15 minutes was enough to remind me of some of the things I’ve forgotten over the last few months! I hadn’t realised lately how caught up I’ve been in my human/ material experience.. looking forward to lesson 2 and all that follows.. keen to get out of surface living and back to living in commune with awareness 🙏💛
