12 days of Leaping

Spent the afternoon with a bunch of friends and their children at a 13th Birthday party. Swam and played in pool, soaked up sun, got some VitD and had a fun time with kids aged 3-13. And their parents, of course! And butterflies and dragonflies! It's powerful and impactful to consider the bold and courageous positions these children held space for in their minds and how they acted while being as such. I'm 63 years young. It was an uplifting day of spirited good will and best wishes for a lovely young lady... and an aligning reminder to remember who I truly am, hold fast to where I come from and how I can, even now, be the bold, courageous spirit, too!
