I’m actively working on sourcing and securing deals right now, so I’m looking to connect with someone who’s either already doing deals or genuinely taking consistent action towards their next one. Has anyone had any experience buying a discounted house with subsidence? It really depends on the type of issue and how bad it is but for the brave this could be a winner. I wonder how this shows up down the line though. Can I resell this with a certificate showing the repair and monitoring? Can I remortgage? Will the done up value still stack?

Hello, I wondered if anyone can help with creating my own Notion pages? I have tried on multiple occasions via the duplicate and get notion free tabs to set up but every time it goes to a questions screen which does not allow me to click on anything to go to the next step. even had emails from Notion about completing the setup process but the same thing happened with that route too, Any help or advice would be most appreciated.
