Thanks to everyone who joined today’s Office Hours. We covered some important changes now being made to Sentinel, plus what’s next on the roadmap. 🧭 Goldmine Areas are changing The three-postcode restriction is being removed. Your Goldmine will now be a broader target area, using as many postcodes as Sentinel thinks are relevant — and, importantly, it will no longer constrain your deal pipeline. You can analyse properties wherever you find them. Instead, Goldmine becomes a behavioural tool. Sentinel can compare where you intend to invest with where you're actually finding, analysing and progressing opportunities. 📊 More intelligence on the Deal Card With those postcode restrictions removed, we're also introducing Market Intelligence directly into the Deal Card, giving Sentinel — and you — better context around each individual opportunity. 🤖 A new activation experience We're rebuilding activation away from a rigid, linear flow and towards an AI-led onboarding conversation. Sentinel will understand your goals, capital, experience, strategy and intended areas, then use that context throughout the platform. ⚡ Next on the roadmap: automating the deal itself The next major focus is removing more of the manual work involved in adding and analysing a property. Phase 1 – Property Intelligence Sentinel automatically gathers and structures the core property information: listing images, brochures, EPC data, market context, price and listing status, and other available property data. Phase 2 – Income & Asset Structure From there, we move into automatically understanding the property itself: accommodation breakdown, unit and room sizing, existing income structure, rents, leases and other information needed to underwrite the opportunity. The direction is simple: less input from you, more work done by Sentinel. You find — or eventually Sentinel finds — the opportunity. Sentinel reads the deal and gets you to the judgement faster. See you at the next Sentinel Office Hours.
