Deal-Focused Accountability Partner

Hi all,

I attended the boardroom on Wednesday as a guest and was advised to post in here for an accountability partner.

I’m actively working on sourcing and securing deals right now, so I’m looking to connect with someone who’s either already doing deals or genuinely taking consistent action towards their next one.

Mainly interested in linking up with someone who’s:

- Building and managing a pipeline (lead sources, agents, direct to vendor, etc.)

- Taking regular, measurable action each week

- Open to sharing what’s working (and what’s not)

The idea is simple — regular check-ins, keeping each other accountable, and making sure we’re both actually moving deals forward rather than just talking about it.

I’m based in Manchester, so local would be ideal, but not essential.
