New Event 🚨
After the good reception from the first zoom meeting. @Nicholas Dheilly and I have decided to make our zoom calls a recurring event. These zoom calls will be covering all topics in relation to injuries, rehab and strength training as well as general Q&A. We are making this free to members or our community and encourage everyone to join and interact. We are initially going to start doing these every 2 weeks but that could go up to more if there is increased demand. As was true with the first. The meetings will be recorded and uploaded into classroom section for anyone looking at consuming the content.
