It means choosing the energy, behaviour and mindset that align with the life you want — not the one you're trying to escape. Because you don't become her after you get the job, the love, the peace. But at some point, survival becomes a habit. A way of being. And the woman you are becoming doesn't just survive. She leads. She leads her life with intention. Her energy with boundaries. Her relationships with honesty. Her inner world with compassion. She is no longer just reacting — she is choosing.
