I’m Sara, based in Dallas! I’ve recently started my journey into sound healing and have been working with a full set of crystal bowls. I’ve taken an intro course, but I’m really looking to deepen my understanding - especially around building intentional sequences, harmonies, and creating a full sound bath experience. What I’m envisioning creating is a space where people can truly slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded - something that blends sound healing with emotional release and nervous system regulation. I’m especially drawn to creating experiences for those who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Right now I’m in the learning + building phase, but my goal is to start hosting small, intimate sound baths and eventually grow into larger group experiences. Would love to connect with others who are also building or already hosting - open to any advice or guidance 🤍 So excited to be here and learn from all of you ✨

I hosted my first ever sound bath for Spring Equinox and it went really well! I was so surprised and relieved to actually not be nervous at all… I could feel how lovely and soothing the sound was and I received very positive feedback in both compliments and donations! I truly am so grateful to be in this group with all of you because I know your presence and encouragement has me feeling very supported and prepared so thank you 🙏

This program far exceeded my expectations! I was an absolute beginner with no formal training or knowledge of things like chords, intervals, harmonic grids, etc….I expected to learn techniques for playing the bowls, a bit about different mallets and when to use them, perhaps a little about which bowls correspond to different body parts/systems… all of that was covered… but the course included so much more! I was so pleasantly surprised by how much information was packed into this easy to follow program. I would highly recommend this program to both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to expand their knowledge and experience with the bowls. Aside from the program itself being incredibly valuable… I can’t speak highly enough about @Kalee Coombs herself. She is an absolute gem of a soul! So knowledgeable, encouraging, and generous with sharing her passion for sound healing. I am so grateful to have been a part of this program and to have found my way into Kalee’s beautiful community.
