Primed immune system after a cytokine flare — calming mast cell release
Quick case + my reasoning, looking for input.
Healthy, fit client who never reacts to anything. He ran Thymosin Alpha-1 2x/week for ~2 months, then a 10-day Epitalon cycle at 1 mg/day while also running Tα1 at 1 mg/day through those 10 days — I think the combined push tipped him into a cytokine flare.
Coming off it, his mast cells and gut are primed and the degranulation threshold has dropped. He took DSIP at night and got flush + diarrhea, on and off in ~2 min. flush + GI is still a mediator-release signature. GHK-Cu the same day was fine, so this reads as reactivity in a sensitized system, not a true allergy. The nighttime fits too — mast cell release and parasympathetic tone both peak after dark. In the day he gets no reactions from peptides.
My plan: VIP + quercetin + KPV to bring mast cell release down and get him back to baseline, plus a peptide pause.
Anything else you'd add for stabilizing a primed system like this?
