Peptide Guides
Hey everyone, I am starting to build peptide guides in the classroom. I am going to start with bioregulators, as I don't think they are discussed or used enough. I'm going to try to add at least one every single day. If there's high demand for one that you would like sooner, please drop a comment below, and I will work on it! https://www.skool.com/the-healing-path/classroom/41d7f4dd?md=adfcc0c25ed34e1784752b9b67521ff1

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers https://atomiklabz.com/aff/501/ Its technically solution peptides- but I was lucky to get in on their affiliate so atomiklabz is their affiliate site. It comes in a spray too which for me is a bonus:) I have a 30% off code for this week if you know anyone that might want/need it.

I would love to know these as well...I've looked at dirty genes, the life machines and the body keeps score but man do I like books more like text books I am a visual person so I prefer breaking up context with visuals:) but I know that is more expensive to make. I have written down in notes what Curtis has said but for the life of me can't find them.
Post Your Supplement/Peptide Stack!
Hey everyone, Post your supplement and peptide stack, and I can take a look and help anyone optimize! The more information you provide, the better! Timing, dosage, brands, etc. If you're a client, you can skip this haha

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers Here’s what I’m technically supposed to be taking right now (attached), but real life version… I’m terrible at taking anything in the morning, so most of it ends up going down right before lunch. Peptides are usually in the evening. I also forget to take the lacotoferrin by itself at night but will adjust- I just realized I have been taking it with everything else... I actually haven’t been using the fiber listed, but I have it because I know I don’t get enough through food. I try to sneak in flax or chia when I do a smoothie, but that’s inconsistent at best. I didn’t have the classic insulin resistance symptoms (no big cravings, crashes, brain fog, etc.), but I did have stubborn belly fat, occasional 2–4am wake-ups, elevated cholesterol, and chronically high ferritin. My gut says this was a mix of insulin resistance, oxidative stress, and poor drainage. Peptide-wise: - Started tirzepatide in January (very low dose ~0.25 mg) - Switched to retatrutide in February (same micro-dose approach) - Lost about 12–15 lbs over ~3 months I’ve had to push for most of my labs, and I know they’re not the full picture. I also have a Vibrant Wellness OAT test sitting here I haven’t run yet (shocking, I know). Cholesterol-wise: - It dropped when I was consistent with omega-3s (through January) - Then I stopped for ~2 months (oops), and my numbers jumped back up ~30 points - Back on them now I added LV-GB to support liver/bile flow and hopefully help move some of that iron. Vitamin D—I’m not too worried right now since I’m in the sun a lot, but I’ve been fairly consistent since December (with K2 + A). I’m currently using Designs for Health NAC and just ran out of Timeline Urolithin A. I have the Infiniwell NAC + Urolithin combo and will switch to that once the NAC runs out. I also just started Infiniwell InfinitiAge. Injury/history context: - 2 ACLs, 3 meniscus tears, shoulder issues (college volleyball/basketball + years of coaching and still playing sand when I can) - PRP ~4x over the last 8 years - Peptides have helped pain a lot (knees still noisy, but way less painful)

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers I forgot Collagen powder- I know it’s hard on the gut but dont seem to have any issue and will use up what i have. I think you mentioned Silica and shilajit/ need all of the help for this sun baby. Also the hair goop you recommended not sure if that matters and electrolytes when needed like on volleyball days in the hot sun.
Blood thinners and artificial heart valve
I have a question regarding peptide use for my husband. He has an artificial heart valve and is on blood thinners since the age of 10 (strep had a false negative and it attacked his heart valve and knee and was flown to OHSU the next day) , but otherwise he is very healthy. He exercises regularly, maintains a healthy body weight and body fat percentage, and is generally in good condition. We eat clean 85% and mostly organic just too much beer:) His back goes out occasionally, and I was wondering if there are any contraindications or concerns with using BPC-157 and TB-500 in someone with his medical history. The dosing I was considering would be: • BPC-157: 500-1,000 mcg daily• TB-500: 500-1,000 mcg daily Given his artificial heart valve and anticoagulation therapy, are there any known risks, interactions, or reasons these peptides would not be appropriate? Would any additional monitoring be recommended? We are careful and educated on supplements such as Turmeric, omegas, K2 and others but if he is consistent can usually incorporate them somewhat but any other supplements we should be mindful of?

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers Perfect thanks I was wondering and glad I asked I couldn't find much on the googles and what I do find I don't always trust it:) I have all of those so will use those.. I'll see if I can get him to take the GHK-CU..that one kicks my ass every time no matter what tricks i use...

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers yes bruise like for a day sometimes 2 its a spicy one for me...I have tried room temperature and that does help to make it a 1 day and the older I get the more sensitive I am so I assume its a histamine response...and move it around actually my arm fat (Anterior axillary fold) which I hate but its the last thing to get toned on me and this aging saggy crepe skin is real ha usually works the best oddly...but I have so many "injury"spots it helps to move it around anyway. "this is for the KLOW if I only do Wolverine I stay around my knees and shoulder since I dont have the reaction from that.
