P21 for cognitive benefits
@Curtis Gillespie Sayers i am always looking at neurological type peptides/ molecules in the area of autism and behavioral disorders. I find most neurotrophic peptides and small molecules like dihexa are actually not autism friendly (too stimulating, Bdnf does NOT need to be pushed, synapses are already forming at a rapid rate… and so on) However P21 seems to be acting like cerebrolysin’s nicer cousin 😂. It’s gentle and so very helpful for cognitive benefits in tired moms like myself. But also add kids and teens especially. I’m wondering how you would compare this to something like J147?
@L S I can’t say I’m the biggest fan of P21, especially what you pay for it. My go to’s for practically instant symptom improvement in most autistic individuals is TB500 and SS31 in a nasal spray, starting at 50mcg. J-147 is a great addition, I find speech improves quite well and CMS-121 dosed anywhere between 50 to 100mg is the icing on the cake. Don’t underestimate TUDCA or homeopathics as well! Supporting drainage is my #1. I find that genetics plays a large role in autistic individuals so I always test the DNA and most will come back with CBS and SOUX mutations so simple things like Molybdenum can help. With females after puberty I really focus on moving bile because of its role in circadian rhythm, gut brain axis connection and THR5 activation to decrease brain inflammation. Bile is not talked about enough with any case I feel!!
@L S about 1 week in after a year of trying things with no communication improvements with doctors and therapists.
Peripheral neuropathy
One of my best friends from childhood is dealing with peripheral neuropathy, and I’m trying to learn more about things that might support nerve repair or reduce nerve pain. Right now the two compounds I’ve been reading about are ARA-290 and the KLOW blend (BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500, KPV) because of their potential roles in nerve regeneration, inflammation reduction, and tissue repair in research models. For people who have looked into this area before — are there any other compounds or approaches worth researching for neuropathy or nerve healing? I’m especially interested in anything related to: • nerve regeneration • reducing neuro-inflammation • improving nerve signaling or repair Really appreciate any insight. Just trying to help a close friend explore options.
@L S I love this! I would agree for sure. I tend to be more cautious with Tadalafil, depending on one's genetics (I am a terrible responder to it, for example), and VIP, I like to test for first. A short course is usually fine though! For increasing blood flow, Vesugen is my personal favorite, as it also provides blood-brain barrier-healing benefits, can be combined with injectable Larazotide, and I find red light therapy at the base of the skull works well. If people have money to blow, I say the Cera Thrive red light head and stomach band!
@L S it’s like the worst type of headaches too 😭
Pregnancy Supplement Guide
Hey everyone, I have just uploaded a Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Supplement Guide into the classroom. This guide covers the supplements I have seen support mothers and babies well in clinical practice, along with dosing considerations and important safety notes. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are deeply individual experiences, and what works well for one person may not be appropriate for another. Please treat this as educational material only and always consult with your healthcare provider or midwife before adding anything new to your protocol. Let me know if you have any questions! https://www.skool.com/the-healing-path/classroom/92fe94d8?md=bdf07d71976b47e795487cf900a3bc09

@Tina Haupert ooo that’s a loaded question haha but definitely will work on things!
@Danielle Knox Haha I don't mind, I'm not pro vaccination or anti vaccination, I'm an educator and I provide information to help people decide for themselves. We are far from living in a perfect world and I do believe there is a time and a place for medications and something such as vaccinations, if you understand the mechanisms and how they affect the biology, a person can make a better educated decision. We are experiencing epidemic of imbalanced immune systems, immune systems that cannot recognize infections so for a lot of individuals vaccinations might be the only thing to actually promote antibody production to identify said infection, but when we see people responding negatively to vaccinations, it's not entirely the vaccinations fault, it's more of the fact that it's just pushing an already dominant immune response even further and this is why we see the exacerbation of certain diseases like autoimmune diseases when receiving a vaccination. There are usually other underlying factors and genetics is a big one, those who have experienced negative responses to vaccinations, when we test their genes, I see a lot of pro inflammatory cytokine mutations so we have to work hard on calming those epigenetic responses down and borderline suppressing the immune response to calm down the storm. COVID impacted a lot of things in a lot of avenues, education being one of them, it really divided us as a species and I believe and there is so much misconstrued information out there and so much fear mongering, I always say listen to your heart and if anything happens, I believe a person can always find a solution.
