Reta and GHK-CU dosing
Hi All! I purchased a 40mg vial of Reta and 100mg vial of GHK-CU. I am planning on starting out with 1mg of Reta. Can anyone tell me how much BAC water I add to the vial?
@Taryn Silva If I may, my recommendation would be to start out at 250 MCG, 3 times per week, so if you were to constitute that 40 milligram vial with 3ML of BAC water, you would draw to 2iu mark, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I recommend doing this for a week and then you can slowly increase the dosage. Always better to play it safe.
@Taryn Silva Constitute that one with 3ML of BAC water and start off by drawing to the 2 IU mark. Give that a few days and if all is well, you could go up to 4 IU. My recommendation for most people is to get up to 5mg daily to finish off the 100mg vial, which means you would be drawing to the 15iu mark, but GKH-Cu causes post injection pain, some people can tolerate it, some can't, so most end up doing only 1mg which would be the 4iu mark. I personally inject it intramuscular to avoid any post injection pain but some people could also add a little bit of KPV into the syringe to reduce the post injection pain.

Drop Your Questions for Upcoming Q&As šŸ™‹
Hey everyone, If you can't make the Q&A tomorrow, go ahead and drop your questions in the comments below. I'll do my best to cover them live on the call, and anything I don't get to I'll follow up on afterward, either by replying here on the thread or recording a quick Loom video.
@Kalee Dillard transcribing it haha "Hey, I won't be on the call tomorrow, but I did have a question. Um, I've been taking TERS since, TERS or RETA, since September. I'm off of RETA. I stopped it probably six weeks ago, maybe eight weeks ago, and then started back on TERS, microdose the whole time, and then I started TA1 back our last Q&A, like I think I started it the Monday after. My question is, my stomach had hurt pretty, you know, it hurt on Monday, and I just wondered, could either one be causing it? I've not had any problems with TERS before this, so I didn't know if the TA1 could have done it, but anyways, I just wanted to ask."
New user!
I received my peptides! And I went to a vocal compounding pharmacy to get the bac water. This is what I received: KPV 10MG, GHK-CU 100mg, WOLVERINE STACK (BPC-157/ 30MG + TB-500/30 MG) — 60 MG, Retatrutide 20mg
@Shannon Smith Here is the full response.
@Taryn Silva For the most part yes, The amount of water you use isn't super crucial, normally we use 3ML to begin with though because I always recommend starting at a low dose and if you don't use enough water you physically cannot draw on the insulin syringe, but if you have peptides that you are confident with that you can start at higher dosages, you could use less water to reconstitute, just less for to draw into the insulin syringe.
