Peripheral neuropathy
One of my best friends from childhood is dealing with peripheral neuropathy, and I’m trying to learn more about things that might support nerve repair or reduce nerve pain. Right now the two compounds I’ve been reading about are ARA-290 and the KLOW blend (BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500, KPV) because of their potential roles in nerve regeneration, inflammation reduction, and tissue repair in research models. For people who have looked into this area before — are there any other compounds or approaches worth researching for neuropathy or nerve healing? I’m especially interested in anything related to: • nerve regeneration • reducing neuro-inflammation • improving nerve signaling or repair Really appreciate any insight. Just trying to help a close friend explore options.
Brain Protocol
What do you think the best brain protocol for people showing early signs of Alzheimer’s, dementia, or cognitive decline? From what I’ve been looking at, a strong starting point seems to be 10 mL of Cerebrolysin for 10 days, alongside 5 mg per day of Cortogen to support neuronal repair and neurotrophic signaling during that phase. After finishing that phase, the next step would be focusing on increasing IGF signaling, since that’s a major driver of neuroplasticity and regeneration. That’s where things like HGH and testosterone could potentially come into play. I’ve also seen people add compounds like DIHEXA and Pinealon to further support synaptic formation and long-term cognitive resilience. Curious how you’d structure something like this, or if you’d approach it differently.

I’d actually love to hear your thoughts on the order of approach when addressing a health problem. For example, starting with bioregulators to help restore proper genetic expression, then moving into cytomaxes or mitochondrial support, and only after that introducing peptides. The idea being that bioregulators may help “open the door” at the cellular level so the body is more receptive to the downstream interventions. I’m really interested in the strategic sequencing of therapies rather than just stacking everything at once. Curious how you think about building that progression.
Welcome to The Healing Path!
I am so glad you are here. This community was built for people who are done settling for incomplete answers and are ready to go deeper on their health journey. My goal is simple. I want this to be the most valuable health education community you have ever been a part of. I am committed to bringing you information, insights, and education that most people have never had access to before, and to continuously raise the bar on what a community like this can offer. This is a judgment-free space where you can ask anything, share your experiences, and access education on topics that most people are not talking about, including supplements, peptides, lab interpretation, gut health, hormones, detoxification, perimenopause, autoimmune conditions, CIRS, mold illness, Lyme disease, and more. Here is what you can expect as a member: - Regular Q&A sessions where you can ask me anything - In-depth educational content on complex health topics - A supportive community of people on the same path - Course material and structured learning content coming soon - Occasional giveaways and member perks A quick reminder! If you have not yet completed your Membership Agreement, please do so as soon as possible. Members who have not signed within 24 hours of joining will be removed and are welcome to rejoin once it has been completed. You can find the link in the About section of this community. A few things to keep in mind. Everything shared here is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always work with your own healthcare provider before making any changes to your health protocol. To get started, introduce yourself below! Tell us your name, where you are from, and what brought you to The Path to Healing. I am excited to have you here and cannot wait to see where this community goes. This is just the beginning and I have a lot planned for this community, so stay tuned. To your health, Curtis!
