MOTS-C
I have someone asking me about MOTS-C, and I remember you don't love it. Can you refresh my memory on why you don't and who it might be good for? I didn't see it in the Classroom tab, but I apologize in advance if I missed it. The person asking is dealing with injury, gut issues, inflammation, energy dips and just not feeling like herself. No mast cell issues.

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers thank you so much! I’m excited to go read more in the peptides guide, too. I was worried when she mentioned it.
Drop your questions here for tomorrow's Q&A!
Hey everyone, If you can't make the Q&A tomorrow, go ahead and drop your questions in the comments below. I'll do my best to cover them live on the call, and anything I don't get to I'll follow up on afterward, either by replying here on the thread or recording a quick Loom video.

I’m aiming to be on tomorrow (face is a hot mess from a tret + GHK+cu trial - you’ve been warned lol) I have 3 questions. You don’t have to answer all of them because of time. Pick your favorite if you want 😂 1) what are your opinions on spirolactone? I was on for it years for acne. I stopped it (no reason other than I had hoped my hormones settled down and I’d be okay without it…now my hair is shedding even 7 months after stopping it) no chance of pregnancy, 37 yrs old, and BP is okay. 2) selank for anxiety - do I just take it as-needed when I feel anxious? I’m doing nasal spray and honestly could probably need it 3-5x a week at this moment but maybe it’ll even out as I take it? 3) hip flexor…My hips have always been a bit annoying. I had a rough child birth when I was born & can remember them hurting at the start of school starting in high school from the walking and sitting. Now my right hip flexor (front and side hip) hurt when I sit crisscrossed, walk for exercise, and on leg day. It’s not terrible, but I know it’s there. It’s tight. Should I adapt my workouts? I do 2 heavy leg days (Monday and Friday), walk at a steady pace for about 40 mins 2 days, and would like to add a HIIT 1x a week (no jumping) I occasionally do a flexibility class

Welcome to The Healing Path!
I am so glad you are here. This community was built for people who are done settling for incomplete answers and are ready to go deeper on their health journey. My goal is simple. Here is what you can expect as a member: - Regular Q&A sessions where you can ask me anything - In-depth educational content on complex health topics - A supportive community of people on the same path - Course material and structured learning content coming soon - Occasional giveaways and member perks A quick reminder! If you have not yet completed your Membership Agreement, please do so as soon as possible. Members who have not signed within 24 hours of joining will be removed and are welcome to rejoin once it has been completed. You can find the link in the About section of this community. A few things to keep in mind. Everything shared here is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always work with your own healthcare provider before making any changes to your health protocol. To get started, introduce yourself below! Tell us your name, where you are from, and what brought you to The Path to Healing. I am excited to have you here and cannot wait to see where this community goes. This is just the beginning and I have a lot planned for this community, so stay tuned. To your health, Curtis!

Hi! I’m Kalee, and I’m from Nashville TN. I found Curtis through my mom - who he has helped so much! I’m interested in learning about peptides, and I also personally deal with sleep issues and anxiety. Just started Selank and excited about it
